Post Procedure Care

After the procedure, we will begin medication and post-operative recommendations and you will be discharged for the initial discharge. Cold packs will be used to reduce swelling for the first two days after the procedure. There will be follow-up as per protocol to monitor healing and make sure all your questions are answered.

Recovery

Recovery is mainly related to swelling and in rare cases with small bruises. Recovery usually takes 2 days, depending on the procedures performed, and we recommend planning 2 days to recover.

Minor swelling continues to improve steadily in the days following the procedure. Exercise can be resumed 1 week after the procedure, depending on the nature of the activity and the degree of inflammation involved.
